Vision Statement:
Coaching individuals
who are 50 and beyond to help them bring about
meaningful, lasting change in their lives, resulting
in the ultimate achievement of their personal
and professional dreams and goals.
Mission Statement:
My mission is to coach
50+ individuals to plan and grow successful
small business start-ups in order to make a
difference in the N.E. Ohio area and, ultimately,
across the country and around the world.
Concentrating in the
niche 50+ age
group of men and women (Leading Edge Boomers)
who are in “transition” in their
lives because of dramatic changes brought on
by:
- Divorce/Loss of a spouse
- Retirement or “early” retirement
- Loss of employment due to:
- Corporate restructuring (downsizing,
rightsizing, buyouts, mergers, acquisitions,
etc.)
- A personal decision
to leave the corporate world (rat race)
to pursue a more personally rewarding
life/career.
- A need to remain
“vital” and use their knowledge
and experience
to achieve more in the next stage of their
lives.
Coaching these”Boomerpreneurs”
to help them realize their dreams and utilize
their skills and life experiences to get the
most out of this next, exciting and rewarding
phase of their lives.
I value working with people in Ohio who are
50 and beyond to help them reach personal and
professional goals in order to make a meaningful
and permanent difference for them, their organizations,
their families and their communities.
